No Credit Card Fees

Unlike many other agencies, we don't charge any credit card fees. What's more, when you enquire about a tour with us and make your choice, we'll hold your seats on the trip of your choice for up to seven days free of charge. We'll send you an invoice with full payment instructions and give you up to seven days to pay the balance by credit card or bank transfer. This will give you time to arrange payment, ask any questions you may have and make other arrangements for your trip.

Accommodation in a comfortable cabin, suited to your chosen level of luxury.
Meals and drinks: Enjoy full-board dining, often featuring delicious international and regional specialties.
Guided excursions: From Zodiac landings to expert-led hikes, your on-shore experiences are included.
Expert lectures and workshops: Learn from renowned polar guides, scientists, and naturalists onboard.
Specialized gear: Items like boots and parkas are often included or available for rental, ensuring you’re fully equipped for the elements.
Port charges and taxes: These are always factored into your upfront price—no surprises later.

Beyond these points, we’ll always detail exactly what’s included for your chosen itinerary on the trip page, so you can book with confidence.

What's not included

To give you the most freedom, we provide the option to add personal touches to your adventure, such as:

Kayaking or paddleboarding experiences.
Photography workshops.
Snorkeling or diving (on selected Antarctic trips).
Premium cabin upgrades or private suites.
Pre- or post-expedition hotel stays and transfers.

These options are clearly priced and entirely optional, so you can tailor your trip to your preferences.
