Kevin Morgan

Embaixador Polartours

Kevin trabalhou por muitos anos como guia de vida selvagem em navios de cruzeiro de expedição e é bem conhecido por seu entusiasmo contagiante. Ele explorou o Mundo Natural desde mares tropicais até temperados, com uma paixão especial pelas regiões polares, tendo visitado a Antártica pela primeira vez em 1995, o Ártico em 2010, e muitas vezes desde então. Observador de aves desde a infância, tem uma paixão particular por aves marinhas, acumulando muita experiência ao longo dos anos. Também adquiriu considerável experiência na observação de mamíferos marinhos e em onde procurá-los, tendo observado mais de 80 espécies. Com base em sua experiência no mar, também esteve por trás do conceito de Sealife - Um Guia Completo do Ambiente Marinho, convencendo o artista a ilustrar golfinhos vistos de cima, como são observados quando acompanham a proa dos navios. Além do trabalho em navios de cruzeiro, foi naturalista residente na região de Tambopata, na Amazônia peruana, nos anos 80. Isso aprimorou muito suas habilidades como naturalista no ambiente extremamente diverso, porém desafiador, do ‘reino oculto’ da floresta tropical e, sempre buscando fazer a diferença, tornou-se um dos fundadores da Tambopata Reserve Society. Atualmente, já conheceu a maioria das regiões de floresta tropical, desde chimpanzés e gorilas em Uganda até orangotangos na ilha de Bornéu. No Reino Unido, realiza levantamentos de fauna (morcegos, aves, répteis e anfíbios), ministra palestras sobre suas viagens e liderou caminhadas de observação de vida selvagem. Possui mestrado em Oceanografia, é membro da Marine Conservation Society e, com paixão por tubarões, é membro fundador da The Shark Trust. Fellow da Royal Geographical Society, é mergulhador subaquático experiente e praticante de mergulho livre.

Cristina has lived in Austria, Portugal, Germany, Kenya, South Africa, and Spain, speaks four languages, and loves discovering new destinations through their food, local culture, nature, and yoga.

Erick Feijoo

Integrator, Head of Business Operations

Erick came to Ventura after years in policy, communications, and government affairs in Washington, Berlin, and Brussels, looking for a place where his Germany-France and Latin America background could meet in one job. As COO, he keeps the machine moving with clear systems, practical technology, and very little tolerance for sloppy handoffs. Travelers feel all that as a trip that runs on time but still has a human pulse, plus cultural context that most companies never build in. He is happiest with a history book in one hand and a map in the other, tracing old stories through new places.

Kathleen Ishibashi

Kathleen joined Ventura to use her Japanese skills and love for Japan. She started with Japaventura, then moved to Central Operations to coordinate across all brands. Kathleen brings her fun, easygoing energy to every project and is known for being open to new ideas. Outside work, she plays online games and watches Chinese dramas. Kim Poissant

Customer Success Director

Kim followed her passion to Mexico, joining Ventura as a Travel Specialist for Central America. Now she is the traveler's advocate behind the scenes — listening, translating feedback into action, and making decisions that improve every step of the journey. She takes the good and the bad, and turns it into real change. Guests rarely meet her but feel her work: smoother bookings, faster responses, and a sense that someone is paying attention. Colleagues know her as resilient, calm, and fair. Outside work she channels the same care into planning adventures with her kids and hosting Mexican dinner dates for friends. Away from her desk, she paints, sings, and hunts for coffee shops with her dog, Joey.

Deyby Vasquez

Deyby was a university professor before he wrote his first line of code. He came to Ventura looking for a hybrid role — part tech, part travel — and found a place where he could build the backend of real experiences. Ericka Amurrio

Flights Manager

Ericka came to Ventura looking for a new challenge after working in airlines, and she spotted a role where her GDS knowledge could actually make a difference. She started as a flights specialist, then grew into Flights Team Manager by doing the work most people never notice: checking the options, weighing the connections, and choosing what gives guests the best start to their trip. She’s the person who keeps an eye on the small things so the bigger experience feels calm and well handled. She also runs Ventura’s annual Offsite, which says a lot about her love of order, teamwork, and making people feel looked after. Outside work, she cooks for her family, reads, listens to music, and spends time with her daughter.

Gabriela Palma

Accountant

Gabriela came to Ventura looking for a place where her numbers work could sit inside a bigger purpose, and she found it in Cusco, where every clean report helps a trip move without friction. She keeps the financial and administrative side steady, so the team can focus on the guest experience instead of chasing problems. As lead of the AI Team in IT, he builds tools that make life easier for travel specialists and for teams across HR, finance, marketing, and IT. His work is behind the scenes, but it touches almost everyone. People usually notice how fast he learns and how deep he goes into a new technology. Outside work, she reads manga, plays bass guitar, games a lot, and keeps testing new tech in personal projects

Gustavo joined Ventura 16 years ago, fresh out of Systems Engineering, drawn by the chance to work globally, improve his tech skills, and eventually work remotely. As IT Director, he builds the technology backbone that keeps everything running — from booking systems to communication tools. His goal: make the tech invisible so teams can concentrate on delivering great trips. People describe him as results-oriented and genuinely caring about his team. Hanna Bishop

Retention Specialist

Hanna came to Ventura for the mix of a multicultural team, client work, and a travel company that puts local communities at the center. After over 10 years in the industry, she knows the difference between a trip sold well and a trip built well: the best ones are designed by people who actually know the country, sometimes because they live there. Patricio joins our Ventura Team as Head of Finance, bringing a vast experience with him. Not only in pure finance topics, but also in its relation across different areas of an organization. Passionate traveler, but the slow travel. Spending time and living in different countries and cultures has always given him good experiences. He is open to new challenges and willing to share with others.

Ralf Spielberger

Director Corporate Development & M&A

Ralf came back to Ventura after a first stint during COVID, a detour to another offer he couldn’t refuse, and years of Andre keeping the door open. That says a lot about how he works: he values trust, sharp judgment, and the kind of culture people want to return to. In Corporate Development & M&A, he handles the deals and decisions that shape Ventura’s future behind the scenes. Off the clock, he hunts for the best food and wine spots, and still judges a place by its espresso machine and whether the menu has photos. At home, his wife and daughters know him as the shoe-polisher.

Sandy Duran

Flight Specialist

Sandy came to Ventura through a friendship with Ericka, the Flight Team manager, after meeting at a travel fair. That connection — and her own love of travel — made her a natural fit. As a Flight Specialist, she knows that a smooth trip starts with the right flight. She monitors pricing constantly to secure the lowest fares and most convenient routes, and responds with quotes faster than most travelers expect. Guests often say she makes what could be a stressful part of planning feel effortless. She believes every traveler deserves a great start to their adventure. People around her notice she’s fun, responsible, and deeply committed to her work — equally comfortable handling complex itineraries or sharing a laugh. When she’s not booking flights, Sandy dances, paints and travel, hobbies that bring her the same balance and care she puts into every booking.

With a deep-seated passion for travel and flight logistics, Stefan joined Ventura Travel to focus on his true specialization. He prides himself on offering truly personalized flight solutions that meet the unique needs of our travelers. Clients and colleagues alike rely on Stefan for his deep product knowledge, quick support, and easy-going, flexible approach. When he's not optimizing itineraries, you'll find him playing guitar and bass, enjoying sports, or traveling to new destinations. Stefan works from our office in Berlin as a Flight Specialist. He is responsible for providing flights for Ventura brands: Reservations, quotations and ticketing for all brands.
