Including a hotel night increases cost and operational complexity. We include it anyway because we know it will improve your experience greatly. Here are a few reasons why we'd encourage you to make use of this free offer:

The Rules

Included: One complimentary hotel night per guest per booking

Timing: The hotel night is always scheduled for the night immediately before your cruise departure.

Room allocation: We aim to match your cruise booking configuration (e.g., shared cabin, double/twin, triple, family), subject to hotel availability.

Already included itineraries: If your cruise itinerary already includes a pre-cruise hotel night, no additional hotel night is added.

Availability & substitutions: If the planned partner hotel is fully booked, we will arrange a comparable hotel of similar category and location.

Hotel selection: The hotels below are pre-selected by Polartours to ensure reliability. We do not offer hotel choice, substitutions on request, or voucher alternatives.

Confirmation details: We will share the hotel details and check-in information by email once your cruise booking is confirmed (and no later than 30 days before departure). Please note that hotel confirmations may display the room rate—your pre-cruise night is still covered by Polartours.

Booking date: Applies to new reservations made on or after January 14, 2026.

Time limit: This is not a promotion and not time-limited. It is a standing Polartours commitment.
